    As an executive coach, we partner together to help you grow from where you are to where you want to be, while achieving personal and organizational goals. We help leaders seek the truth about themselves and their organizations and shape their context to create their narrow road. Essentially, as a coach this means I fulfill two roles.

    Mirrors

    First, based on deep exploration of your background, we hold up a metaphorical mirror so you can see what you’re like. We investigate your narratives and identify your blind spots and triggers. Armed with that awareness, I help you focus on achievement.

    Flashlights

    Through our discussions, we help you turn on your metaphorical flashlight so you can see the hidden obstacles in your path and navigate around them. This involves investigating your current reality, clarifying the gap between reality and an ideal state, diagnosing why the gap exists in the first place, and recommending ways to close the gap.
